There’s a palpable buzz of excitement in our Ipswich office as we get set to unveil our brand new identity.

Although we’ve been trading since 2015, we will no longer be known as Rubix Personnel. A while ago we spotted a gap in the market, an opportunity to become a recruitment agency solely serving the mechanical and electrical sectors. From now on we will be known as Rubix M&E, a reflection of our new focus on the key M&E sectors: Building Services and Facilities Management, Power and Utilities, Energy and Manufacturing.

Here’s what our CEO, Milo Williams, has to say about the new direction: “Our goal is to provide an unrivalled service to companies operating within Building Services and Facilities Management, Power and Utilities, Energy and Manufacturing. This new name emphasises the fact that we operate solely within these mechanical and electrical industry sectors.”

And it’s not just a new name we’ve been working on. We’ve also been hard at work developing a corporate logo. We’ve worked closely with our design agency, giving them a brief to come up with something that would inspire confidence, something that would really stand out.

And we love it – it’s bold and vibrant and a completely new look which brings a fresh new feel to the business. But don’t worry – we will still be providing best-in-class solutions for our clients and our candidates.

Here’s Milo again: “We wanted more emphasis on the cube, as well as 3D impact, and by breaking up the cube and introducing the additional colours to represent the four sectors in which we operate, we have a strong, fresh identity. It’s innovative, modern and professional, mirroring the services we provide to our clients and candidates.”

We’ve also launched a new website – but you probably knew that, because if you’re reading this, it’s likely that you’re on the website already. So bookmark www.rubixmande.com – your search for a job in M&E has just become a lot easier.

We’ll hand over to Milo for the last word: “I’m thrilled with the new direction. Back in 2015, when I established Rubix Personnel, I had ambitions to become one of the leading recruitment agencies working within the construction industry. Four years on, I am proud to be running one of the leading recruitment agencies within the mechanical and electrical sectors.”
