Rubix M&E began life in 2015 as Rubix Personnel, before founder, Milo Williams, noticed a gap in the market for a true M&E Recruitment Agency, an agency which focuses on the key M&E sectors: Building Services; Utilities; Power and Energy; and Manufacturing and Logistics. This single-minded focus ensures we can deliver a simplified and efficient service which yields results time after time, making the recruitment process easier for both candidates and clients.
