Customer Services Manager – Newmarket

Rubix M&E are recruiting for an experienced customer service professional to join a market leading smart metering organisation as a Customer Services Manager of a thriving team in Norwich.

This role is responsible for ensuring the Teams are recruited to the required levels, have adequate induction, and fully trained, KPI’s are achieved and performance managed.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and self-disciplined, have call centre experience and a background in Customer Services Management!
