Multi-Skilled Engineer

Rubix Personnel have an urgent requirement for three Multi-skilled Engineers to join a Facilities Management Company who specialise in a wide range of property maintenance, repair and security services for both commercial and residential clients across the UK

x3 Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers

Based in Essex (Covering London and Home Counties)

Negotiable Hourly Rate (Temp to Perm)

Electrical Duties;

• Weekly Fire Alarm Bell tests
• Water Temperature Monitoring
• Emergency Lighting Testing
• PAT Testing (not essential but advantageous)

Mechanical Duties;

• HVAC background
• Plumbing experience
• Experience in servicing of Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, Pumps, Vessels, A/C systems
