Covering Colchester, Felixstowe, Hadleigh, Ipswich, Melton, Woodbridge and surrounding areas

Monday to Friday (42.5 hour week)

Your new company are an industry-leading facilities, maintenance and repairs specialist with a growing offering of cleaning and grounds maintenance – supporting housing associations, local authorities and businesses across the East of England.

Your new role;

• Installation of doors (Internal and external)
• uPVC windows (Repair / re-new)
• Glass (Install of double glazed units and glass)
• Locks, fricton hinges and all associated door and window furniture
• Floor levelling and laying of floor tiles
• Ceramic tiling
• Basic painting and deocrating skills

Requirements;

• NVQ Level 2 within a relevant trade OR a proven track record to reflect approriate trade experience within carpetnrey
• Full UK Driving Licence

Salary Rates: Carpenter £26,971.78 pa, Plumber £29,430.83 pa
