Owner & Founder
Personal motto: Be obsessed or be average
Before he established Rubix M&E in 2015, Milo worked for a Technical Oil and Gas Recruitment Agency, where he helped to grow the business into an eight-figure turnover organisation. Three years on, he has taken Rubix M&E from a fledgling business to a multi-million pound company with almost twenty staff. It’s a far cry from his original ambition of becoming a fireman, but his belief and persistence have been unwavering, as he strives to provide the very best for Rubix M&E’s clients and candidates.
