Our client is currently looking for a multiple Customer Service Coordinators to join their fun and growing administration team. In the role of Customer Service Coordiantors, you will oversee various communication channels, primarily telephone and email, while engaging with a diverse array of individuals who present a wide spectrum of inquiries and demands, varying in complexity.

Requirements:
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar customer service capacity is required.
– The capability to function effectively within a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
– Proficiency in computer operations, including familiarity with the Microsoft suite and other software applications is desirable.
– Previous exposure to a fast-paced work setting that involves managing over 100 calls on a daily basis is required.
