Internal Recruitment Lead

Rubix M&E are looking for an experienced recruiter to join a well established client in Newmarket.

This role will support the business to anticipate and meet the evolving resourcing needs of our growth and development recruiting strategies.

The successful candidate will nurture relationships with prospective candidates and internal stakeholders.

What you will need:

• Working knowledge of the employment legislation and end to end recruitment lifecycle.
• Smart Metering or similar engineering discipline industry background
• Experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms to source candidates
• Appropriate qualification in recruitment and selection
• Full clean driving licence

Salary will depend on industry experience as that is a vital part of the role.
