On their behalf we are seeking a talented and ambitious Resident Liaison Officer to be responsible for the successful resolution of tenant complaints and disputes, through to completion.

Amongst other responsibilities, the Resident Liaison Officer will be involved in all aspects of tenant liaison, ranging from service scheduling, incidents and complaints to repair completion. You will produce reports and data for both clients and company management, to ensure that annual services and issues are completed to schedule and in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative and customer service experience, preferably gained in a construction or social housing environment. You will possess excellent IT skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel and have a keen eye for data and reporting. With good written and verbal communication skills, you will be skilled at building relationships and fostering teamwork.

For the right candidate, there is a salary circa £23,000-£28,000.00 with an extensive range of benefits including share purchase options, generous annual and parental leave, support for qualifications and much, much more.
