A well-respected and established company based in St Albans are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their friendly and close-knit team. You will be responsible for managing the Helpdesk with the ability to communicate at all levels.
This role requires the ability to prioritise a varied workload while successfully managing and supporting a team.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day running of the Helpdesk Operation for all clients
- Be the first point of contact for any queries the helpdesk may have
- Attend client meetings with Contracts Managers, as and when required
- Carry out Appraisals for team members
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar Helpdesk/Service Delivery Manager role, be resourceful and adopt a problem-solving attitude!
